1. Eligibility for Returns

- Return the item in its original condition and packaging.
Items that have been used, altered, damaged by misuse, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for return.

- Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Upon verification, we will provide one of the following remedies at our discretion:
- Replacement of the item
- Exchange for an equivalent item
- Full refund
No additional shipping charges will apply for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item claims.
4. Return Authorization

- Returns sent without authorization may be refused and returned to the sender.
5. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are strongly encouraged to use a trackable shipping service when returning products. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
6. Inspection and Approval
- Returned items will be inspected within 3 to 5 business days after they are received.
- Once the inspection is completed, customers will be notified of the approval or rejection of their refund request.
7. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
- Most refunds are completed within 5 to 14 business days after approval.
- Shipping fees paid during the original purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
